PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for magnetizing a permanent magnet, by which a cylindrical magnet used for position sensor, linear motor, magnetic gear, etc., can be magnetized in the radial direction. SOLUTION: After the outer circumferential surface of a bobbin made of nonmagnetic material is wound by a copper wire, a cylindrical soft magnetic yoke, having a constant void or a constant length, is arranged, and a magnetized coil wound in the direction opposite to the first direction is used. Thus, a cylindrical magnet magnetized in the radial direction can be obtained. |
