COLOR PHASE OUTPUT CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color phase output circuit which reduces high-frequency noise s appropriately. SOLUTION: A phase comparator 1 receiving a color subcarrier signal as input of one side, a low-pass filter 2 receiving output from the color subcarrier signal as input, and a voltage controlled oscillator 3 receiving output from the low-pass filter 2 as input and inputting output to the other side of the phase comparator 1 are provided. A ring oscillator having a function to keep some frequency constant is set to the voltage controlled oscillator 3, and a prescribed number of same characteristic inverters 5 connected one another are also set. Signals having different phases generated by delay by the inverters 5 are used as color phases.
