PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin pay-out device capable of paying out plural coins selectively with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A change lever driving means 40 for selecting coins to be paid out is composed of arms 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 disposed on every change lever 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, a cam groove 50 formed on the of arms 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, a cam shaft 51 journaled rotatably in the cam groove 50, plural cams 70, 71, 72, 73, 74 formed on the cam shaft 51, for sliding on the cam groove 50 and rotating the arms 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 around a shaft 46 to thereby move vertically the change levers 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 journaled on the other end, and thereby executing engagement and disengagement with change slides 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 corresponding to the change levers 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, a ratchet mechanism 54 for rotating the cam shaft 51 by a prescribed rotation angle at a time in one direction, and a ratchet driving means 56 comprising one solenoid 55 for driving the ratchet mechanism 54.
