PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement implementation system utilizing the Internet by which a customer desiring the advertisement can implement efficient advertisement. SOLUTION: Advertising area designating information, advertising time designating information and advertising contents are transmitted to a matching device 20 from an advertising order terminal 10 via the Internet 100. By the retrieving result of the advertising medium carrier of the device 20, the terminal 10 and an advertising medium carrier terminal 30 transmit advertising implementation definition to the device 20. The device 20 transmits the advertising time designating information to an advertising medium controller 40 and an advertisement viewing situation monitoring device 60. The controller 40 displays advertisement contents, and the device 60 prepares advertisement viewing data and transmits it to an advertising rate calculation device 70, which calculates an advertising rate and then transmits it to the terminal 10. |
