PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sight of field condition of a vehicle driver without dazzling oncoming cars. SOLUTION: A shielding device 24 has at least a partial transmissivity for the light in wavelength range of infrared ray in at least a specified region, and the light in wavelength range of infrared ray which penetrates the shielding device 24 has an effective range larger than that of visible light which reaches after passing by the shielding device 24. A sensor device is provided which is sensitive to the light of wavelength range of infrared ray which penetrates the shielding device 24. The sensor device detects a region irradiated with the light while a display device is provided within a sight of field of a vehicle driver, and a region detected by the sensor device is displayed on the display device.
