<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable towing device capable of towing a cable, without damaging the surface even in the case of using a reuse cable. SOLUTION: A cable-towing device is provided with a capstan winch, disposed in the rear of a car body and with a feed device 20 which is disposed in the front of a car body. The feed device 20 has a pair of towing rollers 27, placed in the direction across the width of a cable C which is pulled out of the capstan winch. The towing roller 27 is provided with a tubular body 33, made elastically deformable by injecting air to expand; an anti-skid system 40 is mounted detachably on the towing roller 27; the anti-skid system 40 is provided with an upper fixing member 41 mounted on the top of the towing roller 27; a lower fixing member 43 mounted on the bottom of the towing roller 27; an anti-skid member 45 placed between the upper fixing member 41 and the lower fixing member 43, so as to cover the outer peripheral surface of a tubular body 33; a rotation preventing member 47 preventing the rotation of an anti-skid member 45; and a tension adjusting means 49 for adjusting tension of the anti-skid member 45.</p> |
