METHOD FOR REPRODUCING REFERENCE SIGNAL FOR OFDM SYSTEM TRANSMISSION APPARATUS AND ITS TRANSMISSION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OFDM system transmission apparatus which can reduce an increase in a code error rate due to the distortion of a reference signal at a border of bands caused even when almost no noise is included in a received signal independently of the presence of a multi-path and which can modulate a transmission signal with an excellent synchronization modulation system without causing deterioration by the transmission apparatus. SOLUTION: In the transmitter of the OFDM system, when a reference signal used to demodulate an information code is calculated through the interpolation of pilot signals, the complex vector of the pilot signals at carrier locations at out-band is calculated through extrapolation of the pilot signals in the vicinity of both ends of band and the reference signal is reproduced by applying an interpolation arithmetic operation to the pilot signals together with those obtained by the extrapolation. Hence an excellent OFDM system transmission apparatus is provided which is immune to a change in a transmission environment and can reduce the increase in the code error rate.
