PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an output port by which a current consumed in a level shifter section can be revised, depending on a required state for reducing the current consumption. SOLUTION: The output port, having a level shifter section consisting of a level shifter circuit 22 and having a switching control section in response to an input, is provided with a control means consisting of control P-channel transistors(TRs) 17, 18, 19, 20 that selectively change the drive capability of the level shifter circuit 22 through the control of an active element which consists of operating P-channel TRs 2', 3' that are components of the level shifter circuit 22 depending on an input type by operating speeds.
