PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a printed circuit board without falling off from the board by a shock. SOLUTION: In a structure for mounting a printed circuit board, an engagement 25 having a resilient piece 40 erected from an internal bottom surface 24 of a base 23 and a nail 39 is fixed by combining a cover 32 with the base 23 and by means of a fixing fitting 31 as a rib molded in the cover 32. Consequently, even when a shock is applied to the structure, it can be suppressed that the resilient piece 40 of the engagement 25 be deformed in such direction as to be disengaged from the board 2, thus avoiding disengagement of the board.
