PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corde fixing structure which an firmly hold a cord with a sufficient strength against pull and push of the cord in its horizontal direction, and simultaneously can push a bushing from above a cord retainer and can fix the cord and bushing with the cord fixing only as a single part. SOLUTION: In order to hold a cord 20 in an electric equipment case 1 with use of a busing 21 and fix the cord 20 in the interior of the case 1, the structure includes a pair of bosses 3, 3 molded within the case 1, a rib 4 projected between the bosses 3, 3, a cord retainer 6 mounted on the bosses 3, 3 and having a through-hole 5 for passage of the rib 4 provided therein, and screws 7 for fixing the cord retainer 6 to the bosses 3, 3 with the cord 20 interposed between the rib 4 and cord retainer 6, thus fixing the cord 20 deforming in wave form.
