PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an adhesive of a rubber leg cannot be peeled off and the rubber leg cannot be separated easily when communication terminal equipment is disassembled for recycle or waste disposal. SOLUTION: An L-shaped rib 1b is provided in an upper frame 1. A slope 2d and a rubber-leg insertion hole 2a are formed in a lower frame 2. A hole 3c and a projection part are formed in a trunk of a rubber leg 3. When the rubber leg 3 is inserted in a rubber-leg insertion hole 2b, the projection part is temporarily fitted to the wall of the rubber-leg insertion hole 2b. When the frame is assembled, the corner of 'L' in shape of the rib 1b hits a slope 2d, and a point of the rib 1b is inserted in the hole 3c of the rubber leg 3 and the rubber leg 3 is fixed. In the case of disassembling the frame, the upper frame 1 and the lower frame 2 are separated, and the rib 1b is released from the slope 2d, and the rib 1 comes off the hole 3c of the rubber leg 3, so the rubber leg 3 only has to be pulled off to the outside.
