PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize resource conservation by reducing the used amount of an insulating resin on the inner and outer peripheries of the coil of a stationary induction electromagnetic apparatus, by improving the mechanical strength and insulation strength of the inner or outer peripheral material of the coil manufactured through winding of a sheet-like insulating material a plurality of times, by increasing the bonding property between the layers of the insulating material. SOLUTION: Since the inner or outer peripheral material of the coil is manufactured through winding and shaping the sheet-like insulating material 1 by means of a core 4, and a pressurizing roller 6 after the material 1 is heated with a light beam emitted from a light beam generator 15, the joining property between the layers of the material wound a plurality of times can be enhanced, and accordingly, the mechanical strength and insulation strength of the inner and outer peripheral materials of the coil can be improved.
