PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present the cause of the invalidity of the reading of a resource to be accessed or a new URL by designating a captured old URL when the resource to be accessed is unreadable or present in the new URL in the Internet. SOLUTION: When a browser 2 of a general client performs access through an Internet 3 to a certain resource, the browser 2 performs access to a resource address converting system storage part 1 instead of a resource storage part 4 indicated by the resource address of a URL captured by the general client related with the resource, and designates the resource address. Then, a resource address converting means 12 retrieves and presents the display data of the corresponding cause of the invalidity of the reading of the resource or another resource address stored in a resource address conversion data storing part 11. Then, the browser of the general client reads the display data or performs access to a resource 51 to be disclosed which are present in a resource storing part 5 indicated by the other resource address.
