PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive terminals capable of conducting TV conference reservation securely with easy operation method for TV conference reservation system, and further to enable reducing the communication cost during conference reservation and confirm the conference information. SOLUTION: A conference reservation picture is prepared with HTML format at a reservation GUI processing unit 13 in a reservation server 2, and is outputted to reservation terminals 5-1-6-2 via a reservation terminal interface unit 14 and lines, etc. IN this case, the conference reservation picture can be created with a skill of a level capable of using a work processor, because the conference reservation picture is created with HTML format. Also, if a terminal at which an Internet browser software is installed is used, troubles are reduced because it is unnecessary to install software conducting setup of a reservation screen into reservation terminals 5-1-6-2, respectively. |
