PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency ultrasonic motor capable of securing a stabilized contacting condition even if a variation of flatness exists on sliding surfaces of a vibrating unit and a traveling unit. SOLUTION: A wriggling amount of a bearing that rotatively holds the traveling unit shall set larger than either of an amplitude amount of a vibration wave generating at the vibrating unit or an undulation amount at the traveling- unit sliding surface, whichever is larger. |
