PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventionally sales channels in the case of performing online shopping using the Internet are limited to be a channel via a pro vider by using a computer, a channel via a portable telephone set for a customer, that settlement means are limited to credits, payment on delivery, and that delivering means are also limited to payment on delivery. SOLUTION: This system realizes a convenient online shopping system, enabling an EC(electronic commerce) company for online shopping using the Internet to provide various ordering channels to customers and to select adjusting and circulating means in various combinations, by utilizing the infrastructure of an FC(franchise chain) system. Here, the EC company making an all-inclusive contract to utilize the infrastructure of the FC system makes a clear payment equivalent to respective roles as the utilization equivalent of the infrastructure to the persons concerned with the FC system.
