摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer fixing member for an electrophotographic device which has heat resistance and durability and is ameliorated in image quality defects, such as the distortion and misalignment of the offset and the toner image. SOLUTION: This transfer fixing member is used for the electrophotographic device which transfers the toner image formed on a photoreceptor to an image supporting body and fixes the toner image transferred to the image supporting body. A coating layer which consists of inorganic and organic hybrid materials and has a surface roughness of RZ<=15μm by a sol-gel method is formed on the substrate of this transfer fixing member.
