PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric communication network and method for transmitting measured information on a plurality of pilots for candidate frequency. SOLUTION: An electric communication network and method are disclosed for transmitting measured information on a plurality of pilots for candidate frequency for interaction between a plurality of electric communication systems. This electric communication network comprises a plurality of electric communication systems that include a plurality of mobile switching centers(MSC), a plurality of base stations(BS) and a plurality of mobile systems(MS). The plurality of mobile switching centers employ an intersystem communication protocol. This communication protocol includes one or a plurality of signaling messages that include constructor parameters having ability to transmit information on a plurality of pilots of candidate frequencies.
