PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage controlled oscillator where the need for a control process of a capacitance of a variable capacitor is eliminated in the case of controlling an oscillated frequency over a wide range. SOLUTION: In the case of configuring the voltage controlled oscillator of a PLL with an LC oscillator, control inductors 2a, 2b are provided in the vicinity of oscillator inductors 1a, 1b while connecting a current source to the control inductors 2a, 2b. Control current supplied to them can produce a mutual inductance 7a (7b) between the oscillator inductor 1a (1b) and the control inductor 2a (2b). |
