PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component fixing apparatus allowing electric components to be fixed to a heat sink, irrespective of their shape. SOLUTION: Using a heat sink 31 having a plurality of plate holding holes 31a and a plurality of screw holes 31b, an L-shaped plate 21 having screw holes 21d and a plurality of spacer holding holes 21e provided on electronic component fixing pieces 21a having insert legs 21c formed at the top ends of the heat sink fixing pieces 21a, and spacers 11 having inserting parts at the top ends, the spacers 11 are disposed on an electric component 42 in contact with the heat sink 31, the inserting parts of the spacers 11 are fitted and secured in the corresponding spacer holding holes 31a of the plate 21, the screws 45 are screwed into the corresponding screw holes 31b of the heat sink 31 from the screw holes 21d of the plate 21, and the insert legs 21c of the plate 21 are fitted and secured in the corresponding plate holding holes 31a of the heat sink 31.
