IC CARD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the process of forming an antenna coil of an IC card and reduce the manufacturing cost of the IC card. SOLUTION: An antenna coil is directly formed on a base material of an IC card by using a selective film forming system represented by a jet printing method, vacuum deposition using a metal mask and sputtering.
