The invention concerns a fluid product dispensing pump comprising a pump body (1) wherein tightly slides a piston (2) linked to an actuating rod (10), said actuating rod (10) sliding inside an element (4) integral with said pump body (1), such as a ferrule. The invention is characterised in that said actuating rod (10) comprises a flexible outer tubular part (11) in sealed contact with said element (4) and an inner tubular part (12) concentric with said flexible outer tubular part (11), the contact zone between the inside of the ferrule (4) and the actuating rod (10) being sealed in any position of said actuating rod (10).
