PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the number of merchandises carried, to always quickly send merchandise and to reduce the quantity of paper work at exchanging of merchandise according to the number of points. SOLUTION: A host computer system 11 displays a merchandise page, on which merchandise is carried in response to access from a personal computer 32, and when a merchandise is selected from the merchandise page, the system 11 checks propriety on the basis of at least the credit member number and subsequently receives a merchandise exchange request if it is proper. The host computer system receives the request for merchandise exchange, subsequently checks the selected merchandise, also compares the total points with accumulated points, attaches the sending destination address of the selected merchandise, when the total pints is less than or equal to the accumulated points and sends distribution data to one of terminal devices. A member shop performs merchandise distribution processing according to the distribution data. |
