PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that when processing a transmission of remote control signal through a conventional remote control transmitter, two oscillators, that are a high speed oscillator and a low speed oscillator, for processing the transmission at high speed are needed, and also an mounting area of a printed circuit board composing a remote controller to mount the oscillators is needed, so that minimizing and cost-cutting of the transmitter can not attained. SOLUTION: In a remote control transmitter, a low speed clock acquired from a low speed oscillator in a micro computer by using a low speed oscillator for displaying a time display on LCD is changed to a high speed clock by an operating of a multiplier circuit mounted in the computer, so that the high speed oscillator can be deleted from the transmitter.
