PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of a variation of a primary resonant frequency caused by a variation of a wire soldering position of a movable part while preventing the wire from disconnection and to miniaturize an actuator device. SOLUTION: A buffer projection 12 is provided within a surface which is orthogonal to the wire 7 and passes through the center of gravity C/G of the movable part 10 of lower both sides of a lens holder 1. Thus, since shock is relaxed by that the buffer projection 12 strikes on a yoke base 6, disconnection of the wire 7 is prevented and also the wire tip end fixing position of the movable part 10 is set in an arbitrary position excepting the center of gravity C/G. Then, the influence of the variation of the primary resonant frequency caused by the variation of the wire fixing position is reduced and whereby the device is miniaturized. The buffer projection 12 may be provided on the yoke base 6 side.
