摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a contact resistance low value below a demand value, while having excellent fluidity and molding, and securing hardness which has no fear of a damage of a cracking or the like by shaking or the like, and to enable to retain with sufficient stability the low contact resistance value. SOLUTION: A bonding carbon is sued, of which composition ratio is set so that graphite powder having an average grain size of a range of 15 to 125 μm (preferably, 40-100 μm) is contained by 60-90% (preferably, 70/87 weight %), and a thermosetting resin is contained by 10-40 weight % (preferably, 13-30 weight %). A metal mold is filled directly with the compound or is filled with a preparatory molded body of the compound formed beforehand by cool-molding in a shape approximated to a completed form. Then, a molding surface pressure of a range of 10 to 100 MPa is applied to mold into a separator having the completed shape. At least a contact surface portion with an electrode of the separator is set to have a surface roughness Ra in a range of 0.1 to 0.5 μm.
