PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an electromagnetic shield effect even in a complicated shape through mass production at low cost, and give enough intensity by surely preventing a short-circuit of cells. SOLUTION: A battery cell having an electromagnetic shield case stores secondary cells 2 in a case 1. The case 1 consists of an inner case 1a formed by a vacuum or pneumatic molding of a non-conductive molding material and an outer case 1b formed by a vacuum or pneumatic molding of a conductive molding material. The inner case 1a is molded in a shape to be put inside the outer case 1b and to be laminated. The inner case 1a is set inside the outer case 1b, the case 1 is structured with bonding of the inner case 1a and the outer case 1b.
