The anti-theft cable (3) is wound round a drum composed of a wheel (2) inside a case (1). The cable is fixed at one end to the wheel and at the other end passes through openings in the case. The wheel has circumferential teeth able to receive a lever (8) which can stop wheel rotation. A spiral spring (10) connected to the wheel is tensioned by traction on the cable.
