PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress the area of the circuit integrated with a regulator circuit which is used for oscillation circuits or the like and generates plural voltage based on control signals. SOLUTION: The regulator circuit 70 is supplied with the power supply voltage from the main power supply lines 31, 32 consisting of the power generating circuit 1 and the amplifier 20, and generates the voltage which is different from the one of the main power supply lines. An oscillation circuit is functioned by receiving the power supply voltage from the regulator circuit 70, and an oscillation detecting circuit outputs the control signals by detecting the oscillating state of the oscillation circuit. The output voltage of the regulator circuit is changed when the oscillation starts or when it is stable, based on the control signals in a way that the output voltage for the oscillation circuit is properly regulated. |
