PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively compose a device and also to make an actuator generate satisfactory torque by efficiently arranging a mechanism part and an electric circuit part even in a thin type device, in a disk device of a fixed magnetic disk device or the like. SOLUTION: In the disk device wherein a disk 21 is arranged within a casing body 24, a cover 33 is put on the casing body 24, a gap 42 is formed between the edge 33a of the cover 33 and the casing body 24, and the gap 42 is tightly closed by a sheet 39 having an adhesive part.
