TERMINAL JOINING AND MACHINING METHOD FOR EXTRA FINE COAXIAL CABLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal joining and machining method for an extra fine coaxial cable characterized by that a terminal is joined to the extra fine coaxial cable by a riveting method for forming a stable junction structure. SOLUTION: This method is provided with the following steps. A necessary wire length is cut out and the extra fine coaxial cable is cut and peeled in a direct relative position inside an implement for forming a terminal joining part and a grounding wire joining part. The terminal joining part of the already cut and peeled extra fine coaxial cable is sent to another riveting mechanism and it is joined to the terminal. The terminal joining part of the wire already joined with the terminal is inserted inside a resin case. A grounding wire plate is welded to the earthing wire joining part and the wiring is aligned.
