PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing/bypass changeover device that can select signal processing or bypass output processing for a serial signal and a parallel signal using a simple and inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: A bypass 102, that bypasses scramble processing is placed in parallel with a scramble section 101, a serial/parallel conversion section 103 converts a serial signal received by one of two input systems into a parallel signal, before the serial signal is given to the bypass 102 and the scramble section 101, so that the bypass 102 and the scramble section 101 receive the signal of the same kind that is integrated between two input systems, that is, a parallel signal, via an input changeover section 107. Then the output of the scramble section 101 or the bypass 102 is introduced to a parallel/serial conversion section 105 or an unbalance/balance conversion section 106 via an output changeover section 108. |
