PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coping with a situation when, in particular, a failure of parent radio equipment and changes of specifications occur in a system performing the communication of various data of housing facility equipment by radio transmission and through a line with the center side. SOLUTION: An information acquisition means 7 sends taken in 'control contents to be changed' to a rewrite means 8. The rewrite means 8 rewrites 'conventional control contets' of a control means A6a or a control means B6b into acquired 'control contents to be changed'. Consequently, it becomes possible to cope with the situation when the failure of the parent radio equipment and changes of specifications occurs without replacing a parent radio equipment main body, and various data of the housing facility equipment can be collected without any trouble.
