摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a glass ceramic substrate which has very high size precision and an excellent surface state by securely restricting a sintered shrinkage of a glass ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: (i) A laminated body is manufactured by laminating glass ceramic green sheets having conductive patterns formed on their top surfaces. (ii) Restraint green sheets containing a sinter-retarded inorganic material and an organic binder are laminated on both surfaces of the laminated body across a contact agent layer containing glass and a solvent. (iii) The organic components are removed from the laminated body and then sintering is carried out to manufacture a glass ceramic substrate which holds the restraint sheet. (iv) The restraint sheet is removed from the substrate. (v) The glass content of the contact agent layer is an amount by which the restraint green sheet is coupled with the glass ceramic green sheet by sintering and removed from the glass ceramic substrate together with the restraint sheet after sintering.
