PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a video information display device capable of easily retrieving a video photographed while moving or changing the direction of photographing and photographing information when the video is photographed. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a recording medium (electronic file 3) obtained by storing the photographed video, a video database 5 obtained by associating the photographing information with the video information and storing them, a video retrieving means 2 for retrieving at least one photographing information among the photographing position, the photographing data and time and the photographing direction of the video from the video database as a retrieving key to take out video specifying information matched with the photographing information and to take out the video from the recording medium based on the taken-out video specifying information, and a video reproducing means 1 for reproducing the video taken out by the video retrieving means.
