PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring the contents of communications between agents with a little computational amount, a method for generating and managing a community, and a medium with their programs recorded there on. SOLUTION: A semantic relation between principals is held in a principal server 4, a format grammar information required for packaging the communications between the agents and an additional information showing the meaning of the communications between the agents are given from an agent 2 to an agent execution environment 3, the communications between the agents are detected by the agent execution environment 3, the candidate group of principals is extracted according to the format grammar information and the additional information, the candidates of principals are inquired to the principal server 4, and at least one target principal is extracted.
