<p>Disclosed herewith is a device for manufacturing corrugated packing materials. The device includes first, second, third and fourth manufacturing means. The first manufacturing means consists of a plurality of conveying rollers to sequentially supply a base sheet and a raw sheet, a forming roller the circumferential surface of which is corrugated, a bonding agent provided to adhere to the peaks of the corrugated sheet, a push roller situated in opposition to the forming roller, and a winding roller for winding a half-finished corrugated cardboard. The second manufacturing means is provided with a plurality of rollers and a cutter for folding the half-finished corrugated cardboard, bonding the corrugations of the half-finished corrugated cardboard to the base sheet, and cutting the folded, bonded and half-finished corrugated cardboard. The third manufacturing means is provided with a press for shaping the half-finished corrugated cardboard into a corrugated packing material member. The fourth manufacturing means is provided with a horizontal cutter for assembling and finally cutting corrugated packing material members into a finished corrugated packing material.</p> |
