PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a video appropriate to contents without conducting minute adjustments of the video in accordance with the contents displayed in an attentional video region for every time when a window, being the attentional video region of a computer is changed. SOLUTION: In the display device 1, position information of video signals in the attentional video region, size information and region attribute information that identifies the contents of the display are received through a control bus section which is a separate system with respect to the video signals and a video control circuit 10 conducts video controls of the output of a video signal transmitting section 4 based on the luminance information of the attentional video region so that the video signals are properly displayed on a pixel display device 9. The computer system is constituted of a video signal output means 13 which outputs the video signals, a video signal information output means 15 which outputs the region attribute information of the attentional video region of the video signals and a control bus section which mutually transmits the transfer request of the region attribute information of the attentional video region from the device 1.
