PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheme for taking advantage of a horn circuit in a rotary steering wheel for the purpose of providing the steering wheel with an additional function. SOLUTION: A switch circuit A for actuating (sounding) a horn in an automobile steering wheel 10 and a feeble-current circuit (incorporating a protective resistance of the order of 1/2 W-1 kΩ) for operating an additional function are connected in parallel to operate the additional-function constituting part 6 by passing a feeble current without actuating (sounding) the horn.
