PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a plurality of mobile terminals to recognize their current positions with each other and communication with an unknown party to be easily realized. SOLUTION: A positional information accumulating station 5 specifies a group to which a member of group 2-1, an owner of a mobile terminal 1-1, belongs from a data base 6 based on positional information from the mobile terminal 1-1 and registers the positional information of the mobile terminal 1-1. Subsequently, positional information of other mobile terminals 1-2, 1-3 belonging to the same group is read from data base 6 and transmitted the to the mobile terminal 1-1. The mobile terminal 1-1 displays, in addition to the current position of the mobile terminal 1-1, its own terminal, current positions of other mobile terminals 1-2, 1-3 belonging to the same group on a map image.
