A one-way clutch built-in type pulley device, wherein a pair of flange parts (30a, 30b) each projecting to an inside diameter side are provided at both axial end parts of a one-way clutch outer ring (29) forming a one-way clutch (10), the inside diameter (D30) of each of the flange parts (30a, 30b) is larger than the outside diameter (D33) of the clutch retainer (16) of the one-way clutch (10) at both axial end parts (D30 > D33), the diameter (d16) of an inscribing circle on the inner peripheral surface of the clutch retainer (16) at both axial end parts is smaller than the axial end part outside diameter (D19) of the bearing inner ring (19) of each support bearing (9) installed on both sides of the one-way clutch (10) (d16a < D19), and each of the bea ring inner rings (19) is fixed externally to the outer peripheral surface of a sleeve (8) at a portion near both axial ends.
