PURPOSE: A cellular phone having an external information display device and an input device terminal is provided so that a user can use a radio Internet by directly receiving a general browser for a computer such as the Explorer and the Navigator, instead of using a browser for the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A general cellular phone cannot use an Internet access browser for a computer such as the Explorer and the Navigator due to restrictions in a size of a screen display device and an input device. Accordingly, an external information display device terminal(11) and a multi-function information input device terminal(USB terminal)(12) are installed in the cellular phone. As a result, the user can employ the Internet access browser for the computer such as the Explorer and the Navigator, instead of using an Internet access browser for the cellular phone. When the user intends to access the radio Internet through the cellular phone, the user can conveniently use the radio Internet through the cellular phone and the Internet for the computer.
