PURPOSE: A system for servicing integrated information of an apartment in an Internet environment is provided to offer information related to the apartment to nationwide users by constructing a regional information service network. CONSTITUTION: An apartment dweller(10) requests service through all kinds of web browsers. An apartment manager(20) manages facilities and an operation of the apartment in the gross. An apartment builder(30) constructs the apartment, manages and supervises continuously a repair and maintenance, and provides sale in lots and information about the apartment. A GIS(Geographical Information System)(40) provides a detailed piping diagram and a surrounding map of the apartment in the form of a three-dimensional graphic. A commercial area(50) composes an electronic commerce so that the apartment dweller(10) conveniently purchases, orders, and pays the current price of apartment, general merchandise, and commodity. An apartment development(60) provides information, such as a management state of apartment and situation and the surrounding environment, of an apartment located in another area excepting the apartment. An MSCL(70) is driven by a web server in order to maintain smoothing service of the constituent.
