food industry, particularly, preparation of mineral waters from natural brines. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that one part of natural brine of the following chemical composition, mg/cu. dm: SO2-4, 1200-2500; Cl-, 90000-100000; Br-, 400-600; Ca2+, 7100-8100; Mg2+, 3100-4100; (Na+ + K+), 46500-48500; water, the balance, is diluted by 1.9-2.1 parts of natural mineral potable water of the following composition: HCO-3, 200-300; Ca2+ <100; Mg2+ <50; water, the balance. Prepared blending brine is introduced at bottling in amount of 98-102 g in each bottle and brought up to volume of 1.45-1.55 l by the same natural mineral potable water. Mineral water prepared by proposed method does not change its chemical composition and organoleptical properties during its storage life. In the process of storage, residue does not form and it indicates that quality of mineral water improves. EFFECT: broadened assortment of mineral curative table waters, improvement of their quality due to more exact batching of concentrated brine. 2 ex |
