SUBSTANCE: system has accident control shells each of them communicating with all other ones through pipelines with gate valves and communicating by means of manifold and its gate valves with ventilation conduit; they are provided with pressure sensors whose outputs and control inputs of gate valves are connected to respective inputs/outputs of control computer connected to terminal.
