摘要 PURPOSE: A non-condensible gas discharge apparatus for turbo refrigerator is provided to achieve an improved condensation efficiency and performance of the refrigerator by discharging non-condensible gas. CONSTITUTION: A turbo refrigerator includes a condenser(1) for receiving, through an orifice chamber(2), the refrigerant compressed in a compressor and condensing the refrigerant; and an evaporator connected to the condenser. A non-condensible gas compression unit(3) is connected to the upper portion of the condenser, and a non-return valve(5) with a filter(4) is interposed between the condenser and the non-condensible gas compression unit. A refrigerant pipe(6) is installed inside of the non-condensible gas compression unit which is fed with an oil(7). An inlet pipe(8) for introducing refrigerant from the condenser, and an outlet pipe(9) for feeding the refrigerant to the evaporator, are installed onto the refrigerant pipe. The non-condensible gas compression unit has a liquid surface sensing switch(10) installed in the upper portion of the non-condensible gas compression unit. A discharge valve(11) having a non-return valve(111), and a pressure switch(12) are arranged above the non-condensible gas compression unit. A dryer(13) is arranged adjacent to the lower portion of the non-condensible gas compression unit, and a three-way electronic valve(14) connected to an oil inlet portion(15), is connected to the dryer. The discharge valve, pressure switch, three-way electronic valve, and the liquid surface sensing switch are connected to a controller(16).
