SUBSTANCE: method involves taking sample and determining sand sugar qualitative factors by solubility coefficient; determining solubility coefficient by visual comparing of time when formation of concentration flows of sample under test has finished with time when formation of concentration flows of sand sugar corresponding to set factors has finished. To determine solubility coefficient, sand sugar sample suspension is placed into conical sieve and sieve is lowered into cup of water, with sieve top being oriented downward. Time, when formation of concentration flows from sieve top to cup bottom has stopped, is determined. According to obtaining solubility coefficient, sand sugar is directed to respective zone to be further processed.
