SUBSTANCE: biologically active additive to food and its versions are prepared on base of biologically active substance separated from mushrooms. Composition of biologically active substances consists of lipids, phospholipids and ubiquinone Q10, and it may contain beta-glucan and ferments. Prepared biologically active additive is mixed with lactose, or is presented in the form of oil or aqueous-alcoholic solution. Method and its versions of preparing biologically active additive to food involves growth of strain of mushroom Polyporus squamosus VSB 917 or Fusarium sumbucinum BKMF 3051 D by depth method in liquid nutritious medium which contains, %: sources of carbon, 3-4; nitrogen, 0.2-0.3; phosphor, 0.2-0.3; and microelements, 0.07-0.08, under sterile conditions at temperature of 26-30 C, by mixing and aeration. Biomass is separated from liquid medium extracting biologically active substances by organic solvent. For preparation of biologically active additive used also are liquid media, as biologically active substances, prepared after separation of mushroom biomass.
