<p>Therapeutic or preventive medicines for mood disorders or anxiety disorders which contain as the active ingredient isoquinoline derivatives including (4aS, 12aS)-2-methyl-4a-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2,3,4,4a,5,12,12a-octahydroquinolino[2,3-g]isoquinoline or pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof and are lowered in the side effects; methods for treatment or prevention of mood disorders or anxiety disorders by using the medicines; and use of the derivatives or the salts in preparing therapeutic or preventive medicines for mood disorders or anxiety disorders.</p> |
