Additional plant pinions 10 arranged, similar to main plant pinions, are brought into meshing with central bevel fixed support wheel 11 secured in transmission housing. Main planet pinions 8, 9 and additional planet pinion 10 are provided with massive rims 12 increasing mass of said plant pinions to allow them serving as flywheels.
